Attorney Simon or Attorney Lowe will contact you prior to your scheduled hearing with instructions as to when to plan to arrive at the Courthouse to meet prior to your hearing.  Please remember to dress as if you were going to church or other formal function.  Cell phones are permitted but must be placed on silent while you are in the Courtroom.  If you have any questions please call The Orlando Family Firm at least the day before your hearing.  There are 3 primary courthouses in Central Florida depending on where your case was filed please see locations, directions and parking instructions below.

Orange County Courthouse

The Orange County Courthouse is located at 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801.  The Courthouse has a large parking garage attached to it which charges by the hour.  There is also street parking available which is slightly cheaper but requires quarters, dimes or nickels.  After parking, please anticipate at least a 15 minute wait to clear security.  If you are attending a hearing first thing in the morning or right after lunch, please anticipate a 30 minute wait to clear security as these are the busiest times at the Courthouse.

Osceola County Courthouse

The Osceola County Courthouse is located at 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741.  The Courthouse has free parking lot for both long-term and short-term parking.  You can use the short-term parking only for an hour or less and it is strictly enforced.  If you are arriving for an early morning hearing, please arrive 30 minutes before your hearing to ensure time to find a parking spot in long-term parking, as parking spaces fill up quickly, especially in the morning.  Getting through Security will usually take between 5 - 10 minutes.

Seminole County Courthouse

Seminole County Courthouse is located at 301 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771.  The Courthouse has ample free parking in the rear of the Courthouse.  There are also street spots available in the front.  Usually parking is very quick and easy to find and security is usually less than a 5 minute wait.
